jobs continue to surge up to the finish line.

Melbourne's property industry is trickling back into offices just in time to enjoy Christmas party season, but there are no signs that festivities are hampering hiring activity. Characteristically we see a gradual winding up of new jobs this time of year, but 2021 has been anything but characteristic and there are a record number of new roles. The common sentiment is that organisations want to start 2022 on the front foot with strong talent in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, the battle for talent is becoming even more fierce, in no small part because of the significant movement that's already occurred over the past 6 months. This has highlighted the absolute necessity of employers coming to market with a strong brief and value proposition, and a willingness from both parties to make decisions quickly.
