fresh talent for 2022 but demand still steams ahead of supply.

What a start to 2022 - if January is anything to go by we may be in for an even busier year of recruitment in the property space than we saw in 2021.

We've already seen a large number of new roles across development, property finance, project management, and sales and marketing, spanning just about every asset class.

With the talent shortage pushing into 2022, the market remains tight, and demand is high across the board - key senior leadership appointments remain a priority and there is a growing push towards bringing promising juniors in from an early career stage and training them up in the business.

The new year does bring a breath of fresh air with new talent in the market, but a strong value proposition and decisive hiring process are still key to a successful recruitment campaign.
