Hiring demand has been stronger than ever throughout February, with a huge number of newly created roles off the back of new business across development and projects.
Notably, we've seen a significant increase in multi-role assignments, with businesses resourcing multiple staff across development, project management, financial, marketing, and administrative functions.
The talent market is on the upswing too, with more individuals open to new opportunities. However, there's still a very high threshold to be met before candidates are willing to actively pursue a change in jobs.
