There is an air of uncertainty right now and the way we work has had to change rapidly in response to COVID19.

People have shifted to work from home, others are finding themselves having to re-think their career journeys, and overhead there is a big cloud of what the next few months will look like, career and business wise. 

We are still business as usual. Scouted is here to help you navigate this new landscape.

We are here to help you with whatever it may be you need. Some of you are having to make tough decisions on staff, criticising your recruitment needs and if in fact you are still hiring, how do we best approach this and still get the best talent? 

For candidates
We understand this will be a stressful time, but please know you are not alone. We, and those around you are here to help. Think about your career, what you have achieved, maybe consider ups killing or adding that recently completed project to your CV.
