As we bid goodbye to another financial year, we find ourselves in the thick of the hiring season with the property and construction industry buzzing.
It's a trend that we've come to anticipate – as the calendar flips, candidate activity amplifies, matching the momentum of burgeoning corporate budgets and the annual review/bonus season. Now is the time when talent acquisition takes centre stage.

It's been a month of glitz and glam as we celebrated some of the industry's top talent at the Property Council's People in Property Awards and commemorated another big year for the scouted team with our annual End of Financial Year dinner.
We also had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Bec Zapantis, our newest Talent Partner, to our Property team where she will be the first point of contact for all our Development candidates. Armed with a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, and experience working in development, real estate and project marketing, Bec has absolutely hit the ground running and is already a huge asset to the team!
