Last month we spoke about a growing cautiousness in the talent market that was seeing offers rejected and last-minute retractions of applications. Well, there's still some trepidation about economic conditions, but things seem to be loosening up now.
Reviews season can be make or break for a lot of candidates when it comes to deciding whether to stay in their current position. This often means that in late August we see an influx of newly activated talent, who have decided their bonuses this year didn't quite cut the mustard.
